Stage 1
Call Florida EBT Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-356-3281. Remember, the best time to call is in the morning or early evening.
Stage 2
An automatic recording is played. After that, you will be asked to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
Stage 3
After selecting your language, you will be prompted to enter or say your 16-digit Florida EBT card number. For security reasons, you will need to enter this information to continue.
If you do not have this information, enter any combination of 16 digits. Even if it is not the correct number on your Florida EBT card, the number will trigger your transfer to an EBT Florida customer service representative.
